N.D.C. Sunday Mill Boot
N.D.C. has made some pretty nice footwear the last couple of years. For me, they are fairly hit and miss with shoes I would actually consider buying myself. Their mid top boat shoe from spring 08 was one of my favorite shoes I never bought but this past fall almost had nothing I really liked. The just released a new boot at Gravity Pope called the Sunday Mill and I’m back to liking N.D.C. There is definitely something of a similar aesthetic to the service boots by W+H but with a much more spring look. The light colored wood sole looks really great and the uncommon worn olive tone for the upper actually works really nicely I think. Upon inspection N.D.C.’s footwear feels quite well made, so I would have to hope these are as well with the high price tag they come with. I’d probably switch out the laces myself, but overall, a pretty beautiful looking spring boot.

Leather probably….wood heel I think.
gorgeous. now that’s a spring boot, just begging for some selvedge and a white tee.
Check that price, though
Ouch
gravity pope is notoriously overpriced though.
