Porter x Medicom Bags
Porter collabo! Everybody is excited I know for the big collaboration with Medicom, famed vinyl toy maker. Well try to catch your breath, settle back down, I know collaborations can get pretty craze. I was actually drawn to the simple tote bags and canvas briefcase just because of the bags but then I saw the crazy lining and the toy as well so I thought I might as well mention it. The nice leather touches around the top and on the handles, black canvas and perfect pocketing on the inside makes these bags desirable. Porter seems to have master the proportions of their luggage which I believe translates directly into so many good pieces. Collaborations don’t matter anymore. Does anybody care? Unless it’s something interesting, a brand with somebody obscure maybe, or two companies you would never think would get together or two companies that need to join up to make that perfect item. But how often does that happen lately? Not much. I vote for making things that make sense. Nonsense won’t get my cents.
