What’s the Point?

Do any of you ever buy the products I talk about? Have you ever helped your friend find something you’ve read about here or found out about products you didn’t know about and now feel better for realizing their existence?

Sometimes I wonder why I even started blogging about so much of this ’stuff.’ It’s stuff every day, shoes, shirts, bags…Sure it’s really nice stuff and I like it all, but I sometimes wonder why so many people are interested in reading about the stuff. Why am I addicted to stuff? I don’t even need to have to too much, but I like knowing about it and forming an opinion and apparently publishing that opinion. I get stressed out if I haven’t blogged for the next morning or if I know I won’t be able to for a day. Who will blog, will people come back? It’s weird that I am actually concerned with that by itself. Whatever the case, I guess I will keep doing it because I do find it enjoyable. I love seeing the comments and knowing that people seem to enjoy the magazine and blog. So thank you for reading and getting involved. With that said, I’m sorry about the delay on issue six. It should be up by the end of the day I’m hoping.

I love that you have a little rant every so often. Looking forward to issue six. Keep up the good work (without stressing!)

I’ve been subscribed to The Daily for a few months now and have appreciated everything I’ve seen. It really has introduced me to a fashion world that, while I knew was there, I never paid much mind to.
I find my tastes are very similar to a lot of what’s coming through my reader and it’s exciting to see it! The stuff you post has cleaned me up nice! And the aesthetic of the stuff you’re blogging really does seem to inspire some nice design in other mediums, for me.
    You’re doing a killer job!

reading h(y)r has educated me in a classic aesthetic and helped me learn how to wear certain pieces while exposing me to new brands and designers with fresh outlooks. also the constant flow of new information makes me check back constantly.

    keep it up!

Hey, I’m from Stuttgart, and yes, I bought something you blogged about. The boots by opening ceremony with the wooden soles. They’re fantastic and I’m glad to have bought them. Thank you! Keep doing what you’re doing here, reading it every day. Inspires me a lot!

I too like to indulge myself in “stuff”, I find that it is theraputic to occasionally remind myself the difference between want and need. There are so many cool designs and products out there, I appreciate that you consolidate and shed light on a good selection. My computer time is limited per day, so your search efforts save me time (refer back to your “time” post). Thank you. One piece of constructive offering from me would be. I always enjoy seeing personalized pics, perhaps products you see first hand in stores or random environments and people. Maybe even some style snaps from around town? Keep it up, it’s worth it.

It’s really nice to share lots of common interests in your blog. I’d like see people getting excited about “stuff” more often. Even if it’s not really my style sometimes, I still appreciate the “stuff” you select daily here, and I’m interested to read and talk about it. You’ve definitely got a good eye and taste in style. I think your blog and magazine are really great.

On most of the items you blog about I’ll check it out even if im digging it or not, but when I am im grateful that i found it here. Share sort of the same fashion sense also so that doesn’t hurt a bit. Keep doing what your doing though we actually take account for the items you put on here lol
